Was doing up my marketing proposal recently and was exploring new media as an alternative to marketing and promoting my company’s products and events…
Then realised that I rarely blog anymore.. not sure if it is the busy lifestyle or maybe it is because the computer is not as openly accessible to me in the past. So whenever I meet something unpleasant I will just call jin and start complaining… and even late at night when I feel unhappy I will just open up my diary and start scribbling.. and gradually bloggings have lost its meaning..

Was looking at Toda sleeping on the way back in the car just now. And I realise there is much to re-learn from my buddle of joy.
His ability to simply give his trust in you strikes me everything we bring him out. Either is it an outing to Sentosa to swim or is it simply him meeting other dogs and pet owners… his friendliness, his enthusiasm, his simple exuberance, his mad tail wagging. I think once upon a long time i use to be like him.
Simply loving life, having no guard against anyone, not having to think so much… makes me wonder if this is in fact part of growing up. Then at the risk of sounding childish I do not wish to grow up this way… having to keep thinking “if I do this, what would ppl think”, etc. But I guess I just have to reach that point myself… to grow more confident and not keep pondering, hesistating but just be like (for lack of words) a trusting puppy! 
Got super worked up today… or rather so peck cek that I was unable to say anything further.
I have never worked so hard for something that is such a minor event…
JUST A FUCKING MINOR LAUNCH…
Just because it was not to her whim and fancy, she feels that it is logical to change everything without even caring about what would the so called “ping fan ren”feels or is going through.
It was a mistake made from their department…
It is so tiring to go through endless changes without even a single thankyou.
What right do they have to actually treat us so? They are the government servants.. we are the citizens.. in fact, they are suppose to service us! Just because they draw a higher salary and command a greater number of troops than us, they feel that we are obligated to suck up and please them? Oh please, if I am a paying customer at ur hospital, I AM ALWAYS RIGHT…
hmm.. and so is she.. just because she is my client for the project.
HOWEVER! what comes around goes around…
so.. if ever i get the chance to meet her again, and the situation is reverse, I will make sure she understood what she did before.. to make others suffer..

Decided that I shouldn’t curse my readers with slow loading speed, hence is reducing the size of my photos. First Day @ Boracay. Despite the little sleep, both of us can’t wait to hit the beach. with its lulling waves, blue water, white sand, and green algae!
Taken @ Ariel House. Our first resort. The peeps there are really friendly, and we had a hell of a time there. Felt bad that I am able to tip them more, but well.. i am after all a struggling working graduate. What to do? Lets leave the tipping to the rich bosses. *muackies*
YESH~ i understand that it is no laughing matter, but its just the way the whole sign was phrased, or rather how it was put up. Send me and justin into peals of laughter whenever we caught sight of one of these signs around. lol~ Wonder if its the phillipino spirit at work, everything else just seems so laid back that I am able to take such cautionary signs seriously.
Wonder if Singapore should learn from them… Give the offenders some fun before lashing out on the fine.
Note my previous enthusiastic entry about Boracay. But somehow or rather the trip has already been spoiled by the existence of this online travel agency: asiatravel.com.
Booked our flights through them. Had such difficulty securing the flights From Singapore to Manila to Kalibo because the system that promised “instant confirmation” kept hanging on me.
Pissed off, I made the bookings for the flights Singapore to Manila, and approached the resort that I will be staying at in Boracay to assist me in booking the transfer flights. Well, because it was done as a favour, I shan’t comment much on the efficiency.
However, as the dates were drawing near and there was still no reply from my beloved resort, I decided to take matters into my own hands and placed a booking on AsiaTravel again.
This time for a flight from Manila to Kalibo. The online travel agent had the audacity to actually deduct the amount for the tickets i’ve booked, sent me a confirmation that I’ve placed the booking and send me an authorisation form for the credit card owner (Justin’s Mum and then resend an EMAIL only stating that due to the fact that the tickets weren’t available, we will do a full refund.
Just an automated seeming reply, without a follow up phone call or further explanation so to why they allowed this incident to happen. Imagine the horror!
First in the fact that internet transactions actually happen like that! and the fact that when I had so happily brushed the load off my mind that we had secured tickets. )*$#&)$*(
One can’t imagine the level of anger.
But well. decided that i rather solve the problem and not start to yell. Thus I booked another pair of tickets on the same airline (they are the only ones who deal with internal flights in Philippines)
THE SAME THING HAPPENED!
FUCK!
Justin wrote it and make a hoo- ha.. then they came back with this ten-liner reasoning of why they had allowed this to happen.
And because I felt that the matter was dealt too late, without efficiency and basically had created such a bad week for me.
I felt obliged to share this HORRIBLE CONSUMER EXPERIENCE with you guys (whoever reads my blog).
DO NOT BOOK WITH ASIA TRAVELS.
simply because although they have made the refund, i do not think that the explanation given and how it was conducted was a sufficient action to sooth two very angry, spoiled pre-holiday mood people…
Although in the end, an agent by the name of Gillian manage to secure two tickets for me, From Manila to Kalibo and back, it was with many phone calls to her that we manage to get the whole thing done and finalised.

I repeat do not book with asia travel and do spread this message around. Simply because I do not think that is the right way to conduct a business transaction.
